The structure of the festival
The deadline for submissions is the end of each month. After the submission period concludes, our expert panel of judges will meticulously review each film, evaluating its artistic merit, narrative strength, and technical proficiency. The process is as follows:
- Each judge selects top ten films in their view. These films will be given “Official Selection” status.
- All judges will review all of the selected films and give a score from 1 to 10. The selected films will be announced in due course.
- The film with highest score in each category will be the winner. The top five films will be finalists.
- The winners of each month will be invited to the physical event where their projects will be displayed in the physical festival.
Please note that while the selections are monthly, the event will happen only when there are enough attendees - (min 25 people, including judges and winners).
- The next event is planned for Sun, Sep 10, 2023 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM at our selected venue in Brooklyn.
